We ship around the world from regional facilities using leading carriers for delivery. Shipping costs are based on delivery service level selected. Free ground shipping is available in many countries.

How Quickly Will I Get My Order?

Online orders generally ship the next business day. How quickly you receive your order depends on the delivery service level chosen during checkout and the location the order is being shipped to.

You will receive a tracking number once your online order has shipped.

Place more than $50 of Trudell Animal Health items in your Shopping Cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Select "Free Shipping" as your shipping option.
Orders are shipped using the fastest available Ground service at time of order
Orders will typically be delivered within 3-7 business days, but your items may arrive sooner if you live near one of our global distribution centres.
Submit your order, sit back, and enjoy Free Shipping.

Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the Free Shipping promotion.

Promotion applies to retail online orders only.
Cancelling items or other changes to the online order after submission might affect your orders eligibility for Free Shipping.
You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if items are canceled that bring your total below $50.
The qualifying order will ship via the most cost-effective ground mailing service.
Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue $50 Free Shipping at any time.
