Non-warranty Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price provided the return conditions in the Terms of Sale are met, such as the product being unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.

Return inquiries should be sent via email to customerservice@trudellanimalhealth.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for return.

Warranty Replacements

If you have a problem with the product or a related question or concern, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-465-3296 or customerservice@trudellanimalhealth.com to discuss the product issue. Your product limited warranty lasts for 3 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on the instructions that come with the specific product.

Warranty replacement inquiries should be sent via email to customerservice@trudellanimalhealth.com with the company name of where you purchased the product, your order number, purchase date, proof of purchase and explain in detail your product issue.

You may be required to ship the product to us at your own expense for inspection. If we determine that the product is not in compliance with the product limited warranty we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you or issue a refund for the purchase price paid. We will also reimburse you for any shipping charges to send the device for inspection provided it was shipped using the lowest cost shipping method available.
